Netizen to Duterte: Go after "Buwaya" and "Baboy" politician who stole funds from the country

In an open letter to President Rodrigo Duterte, blogger/social media personality MJ Reyes Quiambao speaks about her plea to the president to also go after the "baboy" and "buwaya" that are also leeching our country of the funds that should have been for the public good.

Corruption from public officials

MJ started her letter by saying that public funds should remain that way, public. And no public official shall be entitled to keep any funds for their own at any time of their chosen political career. Anyone who is proven to have gotten any funds from the public, whether it be in the past or the present should pay the price.

Battle vs.  Drugs and corruption

She also mentioned that she knows that it is not easy to battle the drug lords and oligarchs of the country. But she is pleading for the president to also do something about those who have stolen funds from the government. It seems that the previous administration had let those who stole from the country to get away from what they did.

MJ also pleads that the president not only goes after the drug lords, tax evaders and narco-politics in the Philippines, but also those who are "buwaya" and "baboy" who used to steal money from the public.

Public funds are for the public

She reiterated that the public funds should only be for the public use. She pleads for the president to also do something about those criminals because they are the ones who put the Philippines into where we are now. Head-deep in depth while the oligarchs and those who stole from the country's funds are living comfortably with what they have stolen.

This should never be ok, and the politicians should be made aware that there is something that the administration will do against them, so they'll stop.

"Mahal na Pangulong Rody Duterte,

Public funds should be used for public good. Any public official who do otherwise (then, now, and in the future) should pay the price.

Umaasa at nagpapasalamat,
MJ Quiambao-Reyes
